Order processing
Please allow 2-7 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping rates
Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Certain heavy or large items, such as planners or notebooks, may require a higher shipping rate.

 

International shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. However, I can accommodate some overseas order requests via my Etsy shop.

 

Returns and refunds
We accept returns of certain items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If a return is approved, after it is received and inspected, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Items not eligible for return include samples, made-to-order stickers, and custom or personalized items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at taothings1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
